Should your product be faulty or upon us slightly making mistakes, you are free to return the product at your own cost of shipment with 10 working days (2 weeks) upon receipt in its original condition (all labels and tags intact). We will only bare the cost, should we make the shipping error
Upon the receipt at Dignified Wears, we will have your product replaced or your money refunded within 10 working days (1 week) at our own cost should the return policy be met.
We are however sorry we cannot accept returns of used, customized and personalized products.
We don’t accept liability for any consequential or incidental damages or for any indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or related to the purchase caused by courier services during shipment.
